There is so much currently being created behind the scenes, including:

and I’m so excited to share this next chapter with you!

I now have the privilege of taking sessions into different churches and communities, both locally and virtually, bringing women together through Pilates, Scripture, meditation, prayer and reflection.

I am naturally someone who likes to organise and plan everything, but leading these sessions has taught me to loosen my grip, listen to God and allow Him to guide each gathering.

For many years, I have experienced seasons of feeling lost and broken. Through it all, Jesus has continued to remind me that we are never beyond His reach—we are found, loved and held in the light of His grace.

If Pilates with Jesus can bring together Christian women with big hearts for Jesus, creating a community where we encourage one another and remind each other of who we are in Him, then this ministry will have fulfilled its purpose.

I believe Jesus is using me as a vessel to inspire and encourage others—to grow in faith, lean into His strength and trust His wisdom and understanding. This is not about having everything figured out; it is about walking alongside one another and keeping Jesus at the centre.

This journey has shown me that Pilates with Jesus is so much more than an exercise class. It is a ministry: a peaceful and welcoming space where women can move their bodies, rest their minds, grow in faith and spend intentional time in the presence of Jesus.

Romans 12:6–8 has been particularly meaningful throughout this journey, reminding us to use the different gifts God has given us—to serve, teach, encourage and give generously.

As everything is prayerfully developed, any prayers for Pilates with Jesus, this growing community and God’s guidance would be so greatly appreciated. My hope is that every decision will honour Him and that this ministry will reach the people who need it.

Thank you for being here at the beginning of this new season. I can’t wait to see where God leads us next.
