Pilates with Jesus Sessions

Our in-person and virtual group sessions provide space to move the body, reflect on God’s Word and spend intentional time with Jesus.

Find your peace and deepen your faith through gentle movement and reflection.

Virtual sessions are currently being prayed over and organised, so keep an eye out for dates coming soon.

What to expect in a session

01

Welcome and Prayer

We begin with around 5 minutes to welcome one another, settle in and open the session in prayer.

02

Pilates and Stillness

03

Scripture and Response

We spend around 20–25 minutes reading Scripture, meditating, reflecting and responding to God through a Spirit-led session.

We finish with 5–10 minutes to slowly awaken the body, stretch and pray.

We move through approximately 20 minutes of gentle, full-body Pilates.

This is followed by a 5 minute body scan, allowing you to become comfortable, release tension and prepare your heart for prayer and reflection.

Our in-person sessions usually last between 60 and 90 minutes.

They follow a similar structure, with additional time to sit quietly, share what God has placed on our hearts and pray for one another.

A lovely opportunity to connect and enjoy fellowship together.

In-Person Sessions

Our live online sessions take place on Google Meet

and last approximately 60 minutes.

You can join from the comfort of your own home as we move through gentle Pilates, stillness, Scripture, reflection and prayer together.

Online Sessions

Churches and home groups can arrange one-off or regular online and/or in-person sessions.

These could include a relaxed morning gathering with tea and breakfast or a peaceful evening session centred around movement, Scripture, reflection and prayer — a meaningful opportunity for women to pause, connect and grow in faith together.
